Vellki Terms & Conditions — Complete User Agreement

This Terms & Conditions Vellki forms a legal agreement between the online betting platform and all its users. By using the Vellki website (vellki.app), mobile app, or any related services, you automatically agree to these terms.

Withdrawal Rules

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500 (five hundred BDT)
• Maximum daily withdrawal: ৳10,00,000 (ten lakh BDT)

• KYC verification must be completed before making a withdrawal
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit

Bet Acceptance

• A bet is only considered valid once bet confirmation has been received
• Vellki reserves the right to void bets placed at incorrect odds due to a technical error
• Bets may be cancelled before a match begins, but live bets cannot be cancelled
• Incorrect payouts issued due to a system error will be reclaimed

Result Determination

Vellki uses internationally recognized data providers to determine bet outcomes. For cricket bets, official ICC scorecards are used as the reference. For football, results are based on 90 minutes of play unless otherwise stated.

Match cancelled or postponed

If a match is cancelled or postponed for more than 48 hours, the stake for the relevant bet will be refunded. In cases of partial results, Vellki's specific policy will apply.

Vellki is committed to maintaining a fair and safe betting environment. The following activities are strictly prohibited, and any such activity detected will result in serious action.

• Multiple Accounts: Holding multiple accounts under the same identity is strictly prohibited
• Bonus Abuse: Claiming bonuses repeatedly under different identities
• Match Fixing: Attempting to influence the outcome of any match or event
• Arbitrage Betting: Exploiting system vulnerabilities to guarantee a profit
• Hacking: Any unauthorized attempt to access the system
• Money Laundering: Using the platform for illegal money laundering
• Bots: Placing bets through automated software or bots

Vellki reserves the right to suspend or close any account for any reason. Users may also close their own account at any time.

Closed by Vellki

• If prohibited activity is detected
• If you register using false information
• By court order or directive from a regulatory authority
• Extended period of inactivity (24 months)

Closed by User

You can close your account at any time by contacting support. Please withdraw any remaining balance before closing. Self-exclusion is also available as part of our responsible gaming commitment.

Account Recovery

To recover an accidentally closed account support@vellki.appto get in touch. Your account will be restored once your identity has been verified.

Vellki provides its services on an "as-is" basis. Vellki accepts limited liability for any loss arising from technical issues, internet disruptions, or other such causes.

• Vellki is not responsible for issues arising from a user's own device or internet connection

Dispute Resolution
