Account & Login

All you need to register on Vellki is an active Bangladeshi mobile number and a strong password. You must be 18 or older. OTP verification is required to complete registration. You may also need to provide your national ID details for identity verification at a later stage.

No, each person may only hold one account. Under Vellki's policy, only one account is permitted per mobile number and national ID. If multiple accounts are detected, all of them may be suspended and any balances forfeited.

Vellki's KYC (Know Your Customer) process keeps your account secure and helps prevent fraud. To complete verification, simply upload a photo of your National ID or passport. Once verified, your withdrawal limit increases and you gain full access to all bonus benefits.

Deposits & Withdrawals

After logging in, click the "Deposit" button. Select your payment method — bKash, Nagad, or Rocket. Enter the amount and follow the on-screen instructions. Deposits are typically credited within 1–5 minutes. The minimum deposit amount is BDT 200.

Withdrawals at Vellki are typically processed within 15–30 minutes. However, if your identity hasn't been verified yet, your first withdrawal may take up to 24 hours. Requests submitted outside office hours may be processed on the next business day.

Vellki does not charge any fees for deposits or withdrawals. However, your mobile banking provider (bKash, Nagad, etc.) may apply their own transaction charges in accordance with their terms of service.
Bonuses & Promotions

Validity periods vary by bonus type. Welcome bonuses are generally valid for 7 days, free bets for 3 days, and cashback for 30 days. Any unused bonus expires automatically at the end of the validity period. Use your bonuses as soon as possible after receiving them.
Betting & Sports

Log in and on the Bet page Go to Sports Betting, select your preferred sport, then choose a match and market — the odds will be displayed. Enter your stake and tap the "Confirm Bet" button. Your bet details will appear in the bet slip, and your potential winnings will be calculated instantly.

Live betting means placing bets while a match is in progress. On Vellki, real-time odds are updated continuously for cricket, football, and other sports. Odds shift as the game unfolds, so quick decisions are key. on the Sports Events page All live matches can be viewed.

If a match is cancelled or abandoned, all bets on that match are voided and the full stake is refunded to your account. For accumulator bets, the cancelled match is treated as a "draw" and the remaining selections continue to stand.

Vellki uses decimal odds. For example, odds of 1.85 mean a BDT 100 bet returns BDT 185 if you win (profit: BDT 85). The formula is simple: stake × odds = total return. Your bet slip calculates this automatically, so there's no need to work it out yourself.
Lottery & Jackpot

Log in and on the Lottery page Go to the Lottery page. Browse active draws and pick your preferred numbers, or use the "Random" option to generate them automatically. Review the ticket price and confirm. Payment is deducted directly from your account balance.

Vellki holds lottery draws at set times every day. The draw schedule is displayed on the Lottery page. Results are updated instantly on both the app and website. If you win, the prize is automatically credited to your account and you'll receive a notification.

Vellki's Jackpot prizes grows continuously — if no one wins, the amount rolls over to the next draw. To win the jackpot, all numbers must match exactly. The current jackpot amount is displayed in real time on the Lottery & Jackpot page.

Small prizes are credited to your account balance automatically. For larger prizes, your account verification must be complete. If you win a jackpot, the Vellki support team will contact you directly and walk you through the prize claim process. All prizes are processed within 72 hours.

Vellki uses SSL encryption to keep all transactions secure. Your personal information is never shared with third parties. For added security, enable two-factor authentication (2FA) and use a strong password. Never share your password with anyone.
